In this project, we need to design and build a piece of furniture based on the dimension of human figure. Our group intended to build a sofa and teapoy for students in our department. As we found that students tend to have different postures in their chairs at different levels of tiredness, we proposed to design a sofa that is comfortable for people to have various postures and diverse activities. Besides, we made exploration in construction process and details in order to ensure its firmness and comfort.
